Can I just say I am totally confused by the numbers ... but when I tried to figure it out, I just got tired of staring at them so I really did not try. I'll ask Stephen and get back to you... ha

And as far as my GREATEST Strength and Weakness - that's a toughie.
Strength - Openness
Weakness - Doubt
